ELIGIBILITY
The W222Merc CLS 550 Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void in Florida, New York, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
The winner must have a valid driver's license issued in their state of residence and must be legally permitted to operate and register the prize vehicle in their state of residence.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of W222Merc ("Sponsor"), and their respective immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such individuals, whether legally related or not, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win the prize.
For purposes of this Sweepstakes, immediate family members include a spouse or partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and their respective spouses. Persons living in the same household are individuals who share the same residence for at least three (3) months per year, whether legally related or not.
Any previous grand prize winner of a sweepstakes sponsored by W222Merc may be ineligible to participate, as determined by Sponsor in accordance with applicable law. Individuals with a close personal or business relationship with W222Merc that could compromise the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes may also be deemed ineligible.
In the event that a household, based on address, enters the Sweepstakes using more than five (5) unique email addresses, Sponsor may disqualify entries associated with that household to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes, interpretation of these Official Rules, and selection and verification of the winner, subject to applicable law.
TIMING
The Sweepstakes begins at or about 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on September 14, 2026.
The Sweepstakes is intended to conclude at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on October 20, 2026, exactly thirty (36) days after the Sweepstakes begins, unless Sponsor modifies, suspends, or terminates the Sweepstakes in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.
Sponsor reserves the right to establish and announce a final closing date or otherwise modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes as permitted by applicable law and these Official Rules.
The designated computer clock of Sponsor is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes.
Make a Purchase
During the Sweepstakes Period, you may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for every one dollar ($1.00) spent on qualifying purchases from this website, unless otherwise shown on the website or as modified by the current multiplier promotion.
You will be required to provide the requested information, which may include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth, and agree to these Official Rules.
If a qualifying purchase is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or otherwise invalidated before the drawing, the associated entry may be voided and excluded from the Sweepstakes drawing, subject to applicable law.
All purchases are subject to Sponsor's applicable return and refund policies. The purchase transaction must be successfully completed before the Sweepstakes closes to receive an entry.

To enter without making a purchase, legibly handprint your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a plain 3 x 5-inch piece of paper ("Mail-In Entry").

Each Mail-In Entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope.
No photocopied or mechanically reproduced Mail-In Entries will be accepted.
Sponsor is not responsible for postage-due Mail-In Entries or for incorrect, incomplete, or illegible information contained in any Mail-In Entry.
Mail-In Entries must be postmarked and received within the applicable entry period established for the Sweepstakes in order to be eligible.
All Mail-In Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
If you complete the steps above, you will receive seventy-five (75) entries into the Sweepstakes for each Mail-In Entry/AMOE Entry received by the Sponsor. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
The free method of entry is intended to provide an equal opportunity to enter without making a purchase. Sponsor may establish reasonable procedures to prevent duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries.
The Sponsor and Released Parties are not responsible for technical difficulties of any kind or for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete, or illegible contact information.
Entries generated by scripts, computer programs, macros, programmed, robotic, or other automated means are void and may be disqualified.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late, misdirected, deceptive, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
Those who do not follow all instructions, provide required information, or comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.
Entries submitted by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements are void.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry, provided that person is otherwise eligible.
Any potential winner may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry.
LIMIT: Regardless of method of entry, there is a per-person limit of up to 1,500 total entries into the Promotion. The limit of entries you may receive for each individual entry method above is indicated for such method. Attempts made by the same individual to earn more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or false contact information, accounts, or otherwise may result in disqualification. Entries generated by artificial intelligence, script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void, and the individual generating such entries may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Promotion at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Those who do not follow all instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. Entries submitted by those who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. Entrants are not permitted to share an email address or a telephone number. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the email address and/or telephone number associated with such entry, provided that person is eligible; the decision as to which method to use to determine the identity of the entrant is to be made in Sponsor’s discretion. Any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. Registered account holder is defined as the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses, or the person assigned to a telephone number by the wireless carrier responsible for assigning such telephone number. In the event that a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry(ies) will be deemed ineligible, and any individual(s) may be disqualified.
FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY
ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Any person who attempts to manipulate, interfere with, circumvent, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified and may be subject to legal action to the extent permitted by law.
SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING
After the Sweepstakes closes, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules.
The winner will be selected live on Instagram using a random number generator.
ODDS
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIMING
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information associated with their qualifying purchase or Mail-In Entry. Notification may be made by email, telephone, FaceTime, or another commercially reasonable method selected by Sponsor.
Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, changed, incomplete, or illegible contact information or for communications that are undeliverable.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, is determined to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, fails to provide required documentation, or otherwise fails to claim the prize, that potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
As part of the winner verification process, the potential winner may be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility, liability release, prize acceptance agreement, tax documentation, and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor within five (5) days of notification, unless a different deadline is communicated by Sponsor.
The potential winner becomes the official winner only after Sponsor verifies eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
If the selected winner is a resident of a jurisdiction where a parent or legal guardian's signature is legally required, Sponsor may require such signature before awarding the prize.
No more than one (1) prize will be awarded.
PRIZE AND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) 2008 Mercedes-Benz CLS 550 vehicle.
The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the vehicle is estimated to be approximately $8,000 to $12,000.
The exact value of the vehicle may vary based on condition, mileage, market conditions, location, and other factors.
The winner will be solely responsible for all applicable licensing, insurance, title, registration, transportation, taxes, and any other expenses associated with accepting, picking up, transporting, owning, registering, insuring, maintaining, or using the vehicle.
The winner must agree to take delivery of the vehicle within ninety (90) days of winner confirmation from Sponsor's designated location in or near Sacramento, California, unless another arrangement is approved by Sponsor.
Failure to take delivery within the required period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
The winner must possess a valid driver's license that permits operation of the vehicle in the winner's state of residence and must provide evidence of legally required insurance before taking possession of the vehicle.
If the winner is unable or unwilling to take delivery of the vehicle, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
The winner bears all risk of loss, damage, theft, maintenance, repair, or other issues associated with the vehicle after taking possession or ownership.
The vehicle is awarded AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding the vehicle, including but not limited to its mechanical condition, safety, quality, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, emissions compliance, or suitability for use in any particular state or jurisdiction.
The vehicle may not meet safety, emissions, inspection, registration, or other requirements in every state, county, or municipality.
The winner is solely responsible for determining whether the vehicle can legally be titled, registered, insured, and operated in the winner's jurisdiction.
All title transfer costs and expenses are the responsibility of the winner unless Sponsor expressly agrees otherwise.
Any depiction of the prize in advertising or promotional materials is for illustrative purposes only, and the actual vehicle and its condition may vary from photographs, videos, or other promotional materials.
The prize is non-transferable except as required by law. No cash redemption, equivalent, or substitution will be provided except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and as permitted by applicable law.
If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may provide an alternate prize of comparable value or take another action permitted by applicable law.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and reporting obligations associated with the prize.
The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification information and complete applicable tax documentation before the prize is awarded.
An IRS Form 1099 or other required tax documentation may be issued as required by law.
GENERAL
Subject to applicable law, the winner grants Sponsor and its successors, assigns, licensees, and designees the right to use and publish the winner's name, social media handles, likeness, voice, biography, and city and state of residence for advertising, marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for disruptions to the Sweepstakes caused by failures or interruptions involving websites, social media platforms, internet service providers, communications systems, or other technology.
If there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules will govern.
If Sponsor is prevented from continuing the Sweepstakes because of an event beyond its reasonable control, including fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute, strike, act of God, communications failure, equipment failure, utility interruption, riot, civil disturbance, war, government action, court order, fraud, interference, or another cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes as permitted by applicable law.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise or interfere with the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
CONDUCT
Sponsor is not responsible for the actions of entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify any individual who is found or reasonably suspected to be violating these Official Rules, interfering with the entry process, attempting to compromise the fairness or security of the Sweepstakes, or acting in an abusive, threatening, harassing, disruptive, fraudulent, or otherwise improper manner.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
WAIVERS AND DISCLAIMERS
Sponsor and the Released Parties assume no responsibility or liability for:
(a) lost, late, stolen, undelivered, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or garbled entries, registrations, or communications;
(b) incorrect or inaccurate entry information or faulty electronic data transmissions;
(c) unauthorized access to, theft, destruction, or alteration of entries;
(d) technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, or communications failure involving equipment, systems, networks, servers, computers, or providers;
(e) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet, website, computer hardware, software, or other systems used in connection with the Sweepstakes; or
(f) injury or damage to entrants or other persons or property arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.
If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failures, tampering, unauthorized intervention, computer viruses, or other causes that compromise the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes as permitted by applicable law.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated, Sponsor may award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of termination, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
RELEASES
As a condition of participation, entrants release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns ("Released Parties") from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to:
(i) participation in the Sweepstakes;
(ii) receipt, ownership, possession, transportation, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize;
(iii) travel related to claiming or receiving the prize;
(iv) the use of the entrant's name, likeness, voice, or other publicity rights as permitted under these Official Rules; and
(v) typographical, human, technical, or other errors relating to the printing, offering, administration, selection, or announcement of the Sweepstakes or prize,
except to the extent liability cannot be waived or limited under applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules and the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor will be governed by the internal laws of the State of California, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
(A) DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZE WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION;
(B) CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS MAY BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW;
(C) ENTRANTS WAIVE CLAIMS FOR PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR MULTIPLIED DAMAGES TO THE EXTENT SUCH WAIVERS ARE ENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW; AND
(D) REMEDIES MAY BE LIMITED TO MONEY DAMAGES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations or exclusions of liability, so portions of this section may not apply.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the parties agree to resolve disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
Sponsor retains the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
Arbitration will be conducted before a single arbitrator under the applicable rules of the selected arbitration provider.
If an in-person hearing is required, it will take place in California unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court where permitted by law.
ENTRY INFORMATION AND SWEEPSTAKES COMMUNICATIONS
As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to Sponsor obtaining and using the entrant's name, address, and other information as reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the winner, award the prize, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Information provided by an entrant may also be used to communicate with the entrant regarding the Sweepstakes or to publish a winner's name where required or permitted by law.
MISCELLANEOUS
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
If any provision is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Entrants waive any claim that these Official Rules are ambiguous.
Headings are provided solely for convenience and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of these Official Rules.
If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in Sweepstakes-related materials, social media posts, website materials, or other promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules will govern to the extent permitted by applicable law.
